| When you decide to sell your business you’ve got to ask yourself: How much my business is worth? And why it is worth so much?
Look at your business and ask yourself: “What role do I fulfill in this business?”
Yes, I already know what your answer will be: “Everything!” But, if YOU do everything then you’re the main asset and without you your business doesn’t have value at all. That also means that you have nothing to sell; you’d simply be irreplaceable, and not in a good way. What is the role, realistically speaking, that you fulfill in the business? Is it sales and marketing or the production? Do you have any role in logistics, finance, or bookkeeping?
