| Anybody can now post an article online. Anybody can become an expert, or be perceived to be an expert. Not much of the old credibility stamp is left. After all would you necessarily believe somebody to have a doctorate just by a few bits of the alphabet being stated after their name, when one can buy any degree online? |

This will compliment the region with the best pharmacy practices from across the globe. The agreement was signed between Bruce Burnett, Vice President International for Medicine Shoppe and Dr. Shamsheer of Lifeline Group LLC. |

Society must learn form the story of actress Lisa.Ray also plans to continue efforts to raise awareness for multiple myeloma. Some 20% of proceeds from ticket sales to the "Cooking with Stella" screening at the Indian film festival in Los Angeles will go towards the Institute for Myeloma & Bone Cancer Research which works on designing new drug therapies for the condition.
"Obviously, it is in my benefit. But we also we have to understand that cancer, not just multiple myeloma, is reaching epidemic proportions and we need to take action," she said. |

Can sales and medicine mix?

| As you know, I am an advocate for the philosophy that ‘everybody lives by selling something’ and that people buy from people they trust. At its best, selling is about the principle of exchange:- the exchange of value where both parties benefit from open and transparent communication and know what they are engaging in.
So can ‘selling’ be seen as a legitimate role in the various practices of medicine? I.e. GP’s, dentists, optometrists, physiotherapists, surgeons, etc.
If we take it that good selling is where people are fully informed of the facts surrounding their situation, are given legitimate options to choose from, and are in a position to make their own decisions without fear of deception, bullying or intimidation then, yes, selling can form a part of the practice of medicine. |
