While I agree that the customer service professionals on your team do absolutely drive the customer experience, I would like to challenge those of us in the sales side of the business to take a closer look at our role in this process. Let’s break down that MAGIC into an easy-to-digest (and apply) acronym: Managing Expectations, Assessing Needs, Growth vs. Maintenance, Interest and Communication.
