One of our most challenging and often most destructive, habits is our tendency to focus on what we can't do rather than what we can. In NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) this is called Away From language. Like most things we do, it’s a learnt behaviour that’s crept up on us and has been allowed to run unchecked, eating away at our confidence and stopping us from doing the things we want or need to do.
