Mortgage Pre Approvals – Examining the Importance
| |
| For those of you that have never owned a home before, you likely do not grasp the importance of mortgage pre-approvals. It is a crucial facet of making the purchase of a home go faster and less stressful. While the outset of shopping for a home can be thrilling, it loses its attraction when you continually get let down with high prices you cannot afford. By starting your housing search with a pre-approval, you will know exactly how large of a loan you will be able to acquire. This means, once you pass the information to your Realtor, that you will only be shown homes you can actually afford. This is beneficial in saving you time and minimizing frustration. |

Mortgage Canada Rates – What’s Out There that the Banks are not Telling You?
| |
| For those consumers who are out there shopping for a mortgage loan, they may think that they are limited to going through an official Canadian bank. However, there are only five major banks in Canada, but over 70 lenders, giving people much more of an option than they may have initially realized. This is a secret that the banks prefer to keep. Pursuing your own Goals
| |
| Recently, I made one of my rare and infrequent trips to a retail store. It's not that I don't like to buy things. I simply do not enjoy the process of shopping, so I leave it to others.
While at the store, I took the opportunity to observe people who had selected the items they wished to purchase and were waiting to pay for their items in the checkout line. Some people simply picked the nearest line, stood in the back, and waited. Others roamed back and forth looking for the shortest line and waited there. Then there was the third group of shoppers who constantly got out of one line and got into another, thinking they would save time by getting in the faster-moving line.
