As many of you already know I’m a bit of a sports enthusiast. Baseball & football are the sports I know the most about and I use many analogies, even with my clients who don’t care a lick about sports. After watching my local Baltimore Ravens team get their backsides handed to them by the New England Patriots, I couldn’t help but give credit where credit is due. A Great Life Starts in Your Imagination
What do you want in your life? What do you want to have for yourself? And in what situation do you want to live? Describe the scenario. Imagine it. Give yourself the needed time to answer these questions and take the time to slow down and reflect on them. Take a walk in the spring sunshine, breathe some fresh air, turn off all distractions and give your head some time to clear. Then, write down as many details as you can think of for the ideal picture of your life. Be Specific. What is happening in the best possible picture of your life? What kind of career, home, friends, and relationships do you have? Who are you surrounded with? Who are you being?

Reflections
Waking up every morning and looking out to see the sun shining, still sends a tingle through me, the odd grey day makes me relish the others even more. It is a known fact that sunshine lifts your spirits and helps your system work well. But how quickly the days, turn into weeks, then months and hey yes another year gone!!!! I am sure that they are speeding up, or maybe it is that I am appreciating time more now.
