There is a difference between thinking positive, loving thoughts about yourself and being arrogant. According to Webster’s Ninth New Collegiate Dictionary, the definition of arrogance is, “a feeling or an impression of superiority manifested in an over bearing manner or presumptuous claims.” Arrogance comes from a place of thinking you’re better than others which is a place of judgment. And, this stems from fear, insecurity or ignorance. This it’s not genuine self-love.
