China is No Longer an Emerging Economy!
As I woke Monday morning I saw that the Asian markets, particularly the Shanghai Composite, were selling off sharply. And I thought to myself, “oh no, here we go”. My general feeling is that the US equity market is overbought as the valuations haven’t quite caught up to price. Yet the US equity markets finished the day positive. What gives?

A Silver Century Is Colouring Our Labour Markets
We are on the cusp of a huge change and yet only a few can see it. A second trend, the rapid fall in fertility rates, will create societies with fewer young people. In Western countries, the labour surplus of the last quarter of the 20th century will become history in the first quarter of the next century.” Indeed, the 21st century will be the silver century worldwide.

Forget about it. You don’t want to make waves, right? Wrong. One of the most foolish, money-repelling actions you can take is to loan money to people who have been irresponsible with their own. How to Start Liquidation Business
Before we go into some of the first steps of how to start liquidation business practices, you must understand what exactly you will be selling. The gist of the business is simple; someone buys stock for their business to sell and cannot sell the items. When these items do not sell in time for new items to replace them, they become surplus. Surplus is bad for any company for one basic reason; it takes up space. The business with the surplus has two choices at this point. These two choices are to pay someone to dump or otherwise dispose of their excess or to sell it at a drastically reduced cost to offset their losses. The liquidator will act as a broker on behalf of the merchandiser and sell their product for them.

Leadership means not buying applause and money
Money can certainly give me luxury but not peace of mind. Money cannot buy mothers love. Money can certainly offer a luxurious bedroom but not sound sleep. Money can help me in eating hundreds of items but ability to digest those items won't buy. Money can put me in front seat by donating but cannot make me legend. Money cannot buy feelings of relationship. Money cannot create gem in the deep sea. Money cannot stop tears of eyes. Money can create spectacles with golden ring but cannot buy insight. Mother has demonstrated in the world that money is not a source of motivation. I laugh on the people who spoil of relationship for the money.

Wellness Revolution
Most of the adult population, and increasingly the younger generations, certainly of the more developed countries of the world have an enhanced idea of what 'good nutrition' is. Mostly we can understand the equation of eating more food, provides more calories, using less energy to burn off calories, leaves us with a surplus, usually somewhere around the middle of our bodies. We can accept the concept of reducing the intake and even a slight increase of the use of calories, has the reverse effect. So, if we can understand the concept why is it so hard to put into practice?

The Money Rules
There's probably nothing more misunderstood in our society than the acquisition and use of money. Nothing can take the place of money in the things that money does, but outside of the small scope where money is useful, it has little or no value. When it comes to your health, family relationships, or personal well-being, money is of little importance.
