How I Learned To Dance And How You Can To
Why am I penning an article titled "How I Learned To Dance And How You Can To?" Furthermore, why should you care? Good questions. Do you remember when you were learning the latest dance steps as a teenager? You would get together with your friends and practice the latest steps. Remember the swaying of the hips, the popping of the fingers, clapping your hands, the fancy foot movements, singing along with the music and having so much fun and laughter making missteps. Oh, I intended to say mistakes and actually enjoying the mistakes because you knew they were a necessary process to learning the dance.

New Years Resolutions and The Wisdom Of A Teenager
It is that time of year again, time to make our New Years Resolutions. Time to identify all those things we beat ourselves up for all year long and make a plan on how to turn it all around. Only to find ourselves three weeks later, back in the same old rut feeling more guilty for failing again this year. This New Year I have been inspired by the wisdom of a teenager. Web-Content Conundrum
The Web consumes content like a teenager at an all-you-can-eat buffet. Lots and lots of content makes you more search engine friendly, helps establish your knowledge and expertise, explains in detail what you offer, and justifies that offer with all the explanations, statistics, and rationale you can muster. The problem is nobody reads it.

Turn On The Switch To Your Hidden Energy
Although many people acknowledge that we are born with an incredible, God-given power to do, have, or become whatever we want, no one has explained what it is or how to turn it on. We wonder, "Where is the switch to my hidden energy?" Your Core Desire is the switch. Having your heart fixed on your Core Desires is how your latent talents, gifts, and abilities are unleashed. Once you have a genuine, clear, and accurately defined Core Desire, you will expend all the necessary effort, for as long as it takes, to overcome any obstacle in your way in order to achieve it.

The Other Side of the Mountain
Although the life that emerges from the other side of the midlife transition can be of the highest quality, it's not always 'fun.' Responsibility has many rewards, but it still costs.

When was the last time you got the blank stare from someone? We have all probably experienced chatting with a friend or having a discussion with our spouse only to realize they are off in another world.

Anger Management
We're often faced with statements, actions, arguments, behavior, etc. that is galling in the extreme. Selling Is About Helping People
When you were a young child do you remember people asking you what you wanted to be when you grew up? Do you remember what you said? If you have your own children and ask them this same question, what will they say? The typical answer from an average kid is something like doctor, lawyer, teacher, policeman, fireman, and the like. What do these professions have in common? They all help people. A child might even say an athlete, who helps people by entertaining them. Or even an astronaut, who helps people by furthering the progress of mankind as a whole. Although in the latest news, I’m not sure that animal-abusing athletes and drunken astronauts are good role models these days, but I digress.

Romance Your Customers By Making The Easy Sale First

The Rules Apply
Success and happiness in life come when we begin to understand that the universal rules apply to us. Remember when you were a teenager? You were never going to get old. From a very early age we are all looking for affection and approval, as the baby cries it knows somebody will come, to feed, clean or soothe. The child learns to smile sweetly, dance, draw, give hugs and kisses to get their own needs met. The teenager, when coming from their private planet their favorite phrase is “mum you know I love you” or “mum you know you love me very much”, usually followed by a request for money or a lift somewhere!
