7 Tips to Communicate Calmly
I was asked recently to be on a television show as their communication expert. My job was to help a family who tended to scream and yell at each other a lot, and did not seem to enjoy family time to say the least. Here is a little bit about my day with them, and the same 7 tips I gave them on communicating calmly and more effectively.
