Great Leaders Turn Adversity into Advantage
As a student of history, and military history in particular, I have always been impressed with the ability of famous leaders to seemingly bounce back from just about any difficulty or adversity. How Do You Know If YOU Respond Effectively To Adversity?
You've heard the saying, "Change your thinking - change your results". It's true, but do you know what thinking needs to change and from what to what? Understanding how the High Performer is able to achieve a desired outcome is the first step we must take to improve our own productivity.

Navigating Change and Adversity
"Embrace change" is a useless platitude mouthed by managers or motivational speakers who have not thought through its full implications - or they are masochists who enjoy suffering.
