A Sneak Peek at the Future
When we look at the future, it appears as a very scary prospect: especially for men. Yet, every threat is just an opportunity in disguise.

The triumph of the banal
It's true: the vast majority of successful products are hardly remarkable.

Lesson #1: Playing it Safe is Not Playing at All
When Barnum was just 19 years old, he started the weekly newspaper, “The Herald of Freedom.” Based in Danbury, Connecticut, the paper was meant to be controversial from the onset. Barnum wanted to use the four-page “Herald” as a platform from which to argue against religious oppression and the militant Calvinism in which he was brought up. On every issue was even printed Thomas Jefferson’s famous saying, “For I have sworn upon the Altar of God, eternal hostility against every form of tyranny over the mind of man.”

The "Customer Experience" versus "Customer Satisfaction"
Customer Satisfaction was the mantra of the 90's. You had to insure your customer was completely satisfied to guarantee repeat business. Compensation was tied to it, additional franchises, factory bonuses, and incentives. The world revolved around "Customer Satisfaction". Eventually the process mutated into a web of deceit, manipulation and fraud. Customers were coerced into returning their surveys with only a completely satisfied score. There were bribes of free products or services if you personally brought the survey in. But these surveys only measured prospects who bought, not the majority of your prospects who DID NOT. I believe you can learn more from this silent majority.

Driving With The Handbrake On! The Texas Smoothie.
Entrepreneurs get trapped - one of those traps is what Michael Gerber calls "Doin' it, doin' it, doin' it!" where the tyranny of the urgent prevents us from doing the big-picture things that made us entreprpeneurs in the first place. Jerry from Texas found a unique and idiosyncratic path out of that trap.

The Nasty Six – 6 Internet Marketing Mistakes That Are Restricting Your Success
It is estimated that only very few people actually make huge profits online. The majority are making losses, just breaking even or making very small profits. What is the secret to being the ‘selected few’ who actually make money online? The failure by the majority of internet marketers is due to several factors.

Eleven Step Educators Guide for Preparing Students for Success In the Real World
Educators must go beyond catering to the top students who will most likely go to college and the bottom students who are a disruption to the majority. They can no longer ignore the vast majority (the middle 50% to 60%) of good, average, middle of the road students, who with the right personal qualities, mind-set and technical skill-set, can and must become vital contributors to the future workplace. The eleven step checklist in this article provides several ideas/concepts to improve/enhance the K-12 formal or home school education system.

Progressivism Isn't Progress
If you own a business, or seek to build wealth through investing, watch out. Beware the march toward big-government tyranny euphemistically labeled "progressivism" these days. Things will get much worse before they get better, no matter what we do now... but if we're committed to real American ideals, business (and the people) will return one day to prosperity. The first step, though arduous, is clear: halt progressivism, wherever you find it, in order to return to progress....

What does My Future Hold?
If we spend the majority of our mental and emotional energy in the past looking for answers, for happier times, or for redemption, we will perpetuate that energy continuum into our future. Alternately, if we spend the majority of our energy in the future, we miss out on the divinity and clarity available to us in the present. Presence allows us to be aware of our life force, our beingness, our infinite potential, our vision, our divine mission and values, our unique gifts and talents and so on. In aligning with the energy of creation, we allow ourselves to fully embody our "creation" story which holds the unique frequencies of our soul, our purpose, our ancient wisdom and divine talents, our harmonic structure and our plan of divine evolution.

Progressivism Isn't Progress, VIII
It sounds like "progress," but that's only one example of how they deftly make one thing look (or sound) like another in order to produce the desired emotional effect. Everyone likes progress! But few people realize that progressivism is about as far from progress as tyranny is from liberty....

Real leadership is the only solution to any leadership crisis
There is a lack of real leadership everywhere. Politicians are in general the worst examples of leadership. Real leaders build bridges between opposing forces so that both work together for the good of all. Real leaders are authentic, transparent and trustworthy. We are compelled to follow real leaders because they tell a compelling, believable story that rings true in our hearts and minds. Real leaders are the Kings and Queens of both/and. Like never before we must stand against the tyranny of either/or and be the difference we want to see in the world. Be a real leader, please. We need to move on from the frauds who claim to lead us and build the bridges to our new world.
