By the results we ultimately achieve. Fortunately, it is surprising easy to tap into the subconscious mind and transform limiting beliefs to more empowering ones. |

Beliefs And How They Limit Your Potential
| |
| Our beliefs are formed from our experience of the world around us and often develop early on in life. Limiting beliefs are what stops us from moving forward and making progress by clouding our view of the world. Whatever you believe, will cause you to behave in a way that reinforces that belief.
Take this opportunity to work through one of your own limiting beliefs, you might want to take a piece of paper or notebook and find a place where you can think quietly for a few moments.

What Do You Believe? by Robin J Elliott
| |
| The really good news is that, as James Allen said, “The outer conditions of a person’s life will always reflect their inner beliefs”. That means that we created precisely what we currently have in life with our beliefs. And we can change our circumstances FAST if we know how to change our beliefs. |

The Creation of an Objection
| |
| “You attract to you the predominant thoughts that you’re holding in your awareness, whether those thoughts are conscious or unconscious.” Michael Bernard Beckwith
Before attempting to handle any type of objection, it’s important to begin by looking at the beliefs that sales people are holding in their minds. If they are focusing on what objections they believe they will encounter, they will unconsciously transmit these thoughts to their prospects.

Are Limiting Beliefs Impacting Your Success?
| |
| Limiting beliefs refers to a belief system that is self-inhibiting. This system discourages exploration of what we understand as a “wider cognitive space”. The beliefs created and perpetuated in this type of system are strongly held, often due to heavy emotional attachment. (For example, a parent’s faith passed onto a new generation.) Interestingly, self-limiting beliefs have been observed in both human beings and animals. Of what importance, though, is the idea of “limited beliefs” to you? |

Big Bird’s Guide to Change Management - Learn your A, B, C, Ds
| |
| In the 1950s, psychologist Albert Ellis introduced Rational Therapy in which people were taught the A-B-C-D approach for dealing with uncomfortable situations. The A-B-C-D approach states that when a person is confronted with an adversity A, their beliefs B, will influence the way they respond to that adversity and lead to emotional and behavioral consequences C.
If the beliefs B, are rigid, absolute, and unrealistic, the consequences C, will likely be self-defeating and destructive. If the beliefs B, are flexible and constructive, the consequences C, will likely be self-helping and constructive. People can change their lives and their consequences by D, disputing and challenging their beliefs. |

Wealth Creating System Step 2 – Understand Your Mind
| |
| Welcome back to my second step in creating wealth and today I want to talk about understanding how your mind works. (please make sure you have read step 1 first). There are only two primary ways we make sense of the world: consciously and unconsciously.
Your conscious mind is the mind that you actively and deliberately think with all day long. The unconscious mind is your larger mind. It can process millions of messages of sensory information every single second and contains all of your wisdom, memories and intelligence.
Until your unconscious mind is programmed towards creating wealth, nothing you learn, know or do will make any difference in the long run. You cannot overcome your unconscious programming with logical arguments or even hard work. |
