LEED-ND a Boon for Large Scale Developments
LEED-ND (Neighborhood Development) is a sustainable development rating system that looks at entire developments rather than individual buildings. As such, it allows a developer to certify their project to LEED standards for a fraction of the cost it would otherwise cost to have each individual building certified.
