What Can Small Business Coaching Do for You?
Do you ever get the funny feeling that you are talking only to yourself? When you try to think about strategy for your company, do you stare at a blank wall? Are the voices in your head louder than the radio? If this is true for you, then you might have small business owner syndrome. This is most easily remedied by talking to someone else. Your best bet? A business coach. This article will help you understand what a business coach can do for you.

Personal blogging is finished? Say it ain’t so
There's still room for new voices in the blogsphere

Communication A.P.P.E.A.L.
To succeed as a business owner, you need to create and refine your "entrepreneurial voice." I believe that voice has three components: your private voice (what you say to yourself); your public voice (what you say to the world); and your personal voice (what you say to clients). These three voices, while distinct, still need to align and resonate with one another to successfully run your business. In this article, I offer a perspective on what makes your communication appealing -- those qualities you can cultivate in each of your three voices to be more confident, genuine, and effective in every area of your business and your life!

Consistent Positive Action Creates Huge Momentum
As I laced up my shoes this morning to head out and tackle my first action focused goal, I spent some time reviewing the past seven days. It's hard to believe it's already been a week since I set and began to achieve these daily action goals. I can honestly tell you it is 99% easier to tackle these goals today than it was in the first couple of days. If you recall, I was having a bit of a challenge with the "voices" trying to encourage me to make excuses as to why I didn't have to accomplish those goals. Well, I am happy to report to you that those voices have all but left. The consistency of achieving my daily action goals, has made it much easier, and created momentum that's sending me off on a very positive path.

Choosing Powerfully.
A strong value of mine happens to be "showing up". I feel icky inside with the thought of not following through or staying true to my word or cancelling on others. Life can get so hectic and busy that it becomes a real challenge to honor ourselves, despite how down and out we might be. To add to the daily stress, guilt shows its nasty little head in the form of voices that think I'm slacking off.

How to Avoid Robotic Voice Text to Speech Synthesis
The best list of text to speech voices available on the Internet. Nowadays, more and more people use text to speech software to improve their reading efficiency and save time. As an important component of the text to speech technology, voices, i.e. speech engines, are the soul of text to speech software. Because text to speech software must invoke them to synthetic speech.

C-Level Selling - Conquer Self-Doubt and Attain Confidence
Selling at the C-level requires confidence. Confidence is your reaction to those little internal voices that haunt you. These voices are messages programmed into your psyche from parents, teachers, siblings and childhood playmates. These messages / voices dictate how you see yourself – confident or laden with self doubt. Learn how to recognize those voices and change those that don’t promote your confidence.

Your Internal Board of Directors ... Part I: Who's In Charge?
Have you noticed? When it comes to running your business, you have a lot of different voices in your head. You have the voice that tells you to work on your business plan, and the voice that tells you that you need to answer that email. You have the voice that encourages you to write an article to promote your business, and the voice that tells you it would never get published. You have the voice that wants you to hire an assistant, and the voice that says it’s easier to do everything yourself. With all the chatter going on in our heads, it is actually amazing that anything gets done!

Seven Things that Frustrate Sales Managers
Did you ever just sit around the office wondering what was in the head of the person next to you? Did you ever have a little voice saying what does he/she think about me? We all have these thoughts and with economic volatility high the voices seem to get much louder. I thought this might be a good time especially with the fourth quarter just around the turn to discover what on earth your sales manager is thinking and what you can do to alter their thinking.

When is Good Enough Not Enough?
Sometimes it’s good to stay put and not make major changes in your business. A busy schedule, a crazy relationship, high stress, or a new pet or child in the family may be all that you can handle at the moment. But what about when you know in your heart of hearts that it’s time for a change, and you're met with voices in your head shouting all the reasons you need to settle for what you currently have?
