Magnesium - The "Go Fast Adrenal Junkie" tonic
| |
| One common test that we naturopaths perform is a hair tissue mineral analysis. Based on an analysis of a strand of your hair we are able to identify the mineral profile and existence of heavy metals and their influence within your body. This is the first test I always conduct on people who are burning the candle at both ends and almost 100 per cent of the time these people have one thing in common, a magnesium imbalance.

To support your fast paced and intense working life the temptation is to do a high intensity workout at full pace. This is a mistake. Adding high intensity, fast-paced exercise to a high intensity, fast-paced life only serves to amplify the imbalance in your life leading to an increased risk of illness, injury or burnout. I call this being an "Exhaustedpreneur". Exhaustedpreneurs are entrepreneurs whose bodies can't physically keep up with the demands of their work and life.
